The Technical Advisor – Key and Vulnerable Populations will be responsible for providing technical guidance on services for key and vulnerable populations (KVP) being implemented under ICAP's FIKIA project in all seven implementation regions (Dar es Salaam, Pwani, Mwanza, Mara, Geita, Kagera and Kigoma). KVP include key populations (KP) of female sex workers (FSW), people who inject drugs (PWID), and men who have sex with men (MSM), as well as vulnerable populations including adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), young men, migratory populations, among others. Under the guidance of the Director of Prevention Services, s/he will work closely with regional teams to provide technical assistance ensuring effective implementation of programs, and participate in the planning, implementation and M&E of interventions and evaluations involving KVP. This position will also oversee the implementation of KVP specific interventions such as condom provision services, Bio-Behavioral Studies (BBS), DREAMS and pre exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
