ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Technical Officer - Youth Interventions to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. .

The incumbent will be responsible to provide technical assistance on Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) programs implemented under ICAP’s FIKIA project in all seven regions (Dar Es Salaam, Pwani, Mwanza, Mara, Kigoma, Geita and Kagera). The candidate will be responsible to oversee and provide overall guidance on youth interventions including Determined Resilient Empowered AIDS free Mentored Safe (DREAMS) interventions in Mwanza and Kagera. S/he will also be responsible in providing continuous capacity building to field teams on AGYW activities implementation and sharing of best practices. Under the guidance of the Technical Advisor – KVP, s/he will closely work to design, implement, and monitor programs to achieve 95-95-95 goals for HIV epidemic control specific related to AGYW. To ensure the AGYW are on track, s/he will ensure to develop/refine M&E tools, plan and monitor implementation of the tools for improvement and gaps analysis.
