The Technical Advisor – Care and Treatment is a member of the central technical team responsible for providing technical guidance on care and treatment services under the project. Working closely with the Technical Director, s/he provides technical assistance to the central and regional team ensuring effective implementation of interventions related to care and treatment in community and facility settings. This position oversees a portfolio that includes adult and pediatric care and treatment, linkage and retention services, tuberculosis, and prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV (PMTCT). This position directly supervises a team of Technical Officers responsible for relevant implementation areas.
